On May 15th, your company moved a Baldwin baby grand piano for our Church and me. The truck was on time and the driver (Ed) and helper (Will) were professional, quick and efficient, extremely careful, thoughtful, respectful, and kind. I just wanted to thank you for coordinating the move of my daughter’s piano from Alta Loma, Ca to Salem, Or. When I called you in June, you said the piano could be picked up anytime, but could not be delivered until the end of July. The piano was picked up when you said and stored at no cost. The ONLY problem was that the drivers were to call 15-30 minutes before they arrived. I had already moved out of the house, so I had someone that was going to meet them. But…they waited until the person was there to let them in. The piano was just delivered to Salem and my daughter was called and left work to let them in. Thank you very much for how you do business. You were honest and told me what to expect.

Reggie, Robbie and Mike came to move my old 1914 Angelus piano on Tuesday May 13th, 2003. They moved it from the 4th story of an apartment building to the second story of a really ancient (probably 1930’s) house. Once they saw the old house it sure would have been easier just to walk away, but they didn’t. There really aren’t words to express how much the piano means to me. My home just wouldn’t have been the same without it. I wish they could have seen the look on my 7 year old daughter’s face when I told her the piano made it into our new house. They were professional, extremely courteous and in my situation, really went the extra mile for my family. This is the second time I have had Reggie and Mike help me.
