Scheduling & Availability
Our Professional Piano Movers work locally in Southern California Tuesday through Saturday year round. We do not schedule exact times when booking your move. We do this to ensure smooth routes and scheduling so our team can spend time with there families at the end of every work day. Once you provide us with all information needed for booking, you will choose an open day for your piano move to be scheduled. When the day of your piano move has arrived, you will receive a phone call from our dispatcher between 7:30-8am, letting you know your two window of time for pickup and delivery. Depending on the distance of your move, we may have stops in between or we may go straight to the destination. This all depends on the day and what other jobs we have book for our crew that day. If you need a 15 or 30 minute call before our truck arrives please let our dispatcher know so you can meet our crew at your home when they arrive. Long Distance Piano Moving
Once or Twice per month (Depending on the Season) we move pianos around the Western States. The full trip will last 4-7 days and we will pick up and drop off pianos and organs along the route. Our Long Distance Trucks work Tuesday through Sunday from 7am to 9pm. Once you book your long distance piano move with us we will call you a week before the trip and let you know which day our truck will pick up and/or deliver. The following are the Western States we service:
